JOB DESCRIPTION

Making food & beverage products following brand’s procedures, recipes, specifications, and quality standards

  • Mastering quantitative noodles, beef, chicken, soups to the standards allowed for each bowl
  • Pre-processing of vegetables, onion, lemon... and present it on disk with the standard
  • Receive and check quality of noodles, devise it to each part in according standard
  • Cut the meat into small pieces according to standards for ensuring sales
  • Complete kitchen counter before the opening time as on gas cooker, preparing soups, noodles, cut and sort of meat on the counter
  • Check the quality of soups before selling (degree, flavour, perfume...)
  • Receive the orders from service staff. Perform a fully worked-out counter cook as coating bowl, dipping noble in hot water, giving meat and scooping soups in bowl
  • Cleaning tools and equipment related to the tasks
  • Completing daily, monthly inventory
  • Assuring the quality of goods ordered on a daily basis
  • Assuring to respect the expiration date of each products
  • Assuring to report any destroyed or expired goods
  • Communicating with superior in order to have enough goods, materials, and equipment
  • Teamwork, support other sections as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Age: 18 and above
  • Education: Secondary School or Equivalent
  • Working hour: Part-time/Full-time, Flexible
