JOB DESCRIPTION

To ensure guests have an enjoying experience in PHO24 by providing quality customer service, attending to their needs, checking guests’ feedback and experience at the store.

• Serving guests in respect with Company standards and practices•Have product knowledge
• Answering questions - accurately and politely
• Keeping working area clean and hygienic•Assuring guest’s satisfaction in regards of quality of service
• Assuring quickness and consistency of the service at all time
• Communicating with supervisor to handle difficult guest’s complaint
• Assisting to complete guest’s personal information, when possible, to build guest’s database
• Clearing & setting up comdiments, tables, chairs•Teamwork, support other sections as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Age: 18 and above
• Education: At least high school diploma
• Working hour: Part-time/Full-time, Flexible
